Why webjinni? Jinni is like in genie, genius, the fabulous creatures of the arabic, persian and indian tradition. Web… is because they crawl the www. Their names come from Chinese, but they talk mostly in English and Spanish. Let me describe them a little bit…

Meimiao [美妙, pinyin měimìao] has large and oriental eyes, with long lashes. Her hair is long and beautiful, with iridescent reflections and changing shinings, adorned with two mathematical flowers. Her lips are fresh and rosy, with a mouth line which is now horizontal, now vertical. Her neck is long and subtle, ending in a body which she adorns with elegant lingerie which is half-covered with a silk gown which looks like falling water. She can not hold her attention on the same place for too long. She loves Alice through the looking glass, Escher’s images, eastern calligraphy, les Luthiers, Dalí and Frank Zappa. In science, she enjoys paradoxes and surprises, and the elegance which gives a glimpse of further depth. Her name is difficult to translate. The hanzi “” means beauty. And she likes “” because it contains the radical “” (woman) and because of its many meanings: marvellous, mysterious, witty, deep…
